Resort
Lonsdale Lakes will be the first real resort type
product in Victoria that offers a complete “village” environment. The original
design offers
712 residential sites, a 300-unit retirement village (the first in the Bellarine
Peninsula) an 18-hole championship golf course especially designed to suit local
conditions and requirements, and a 4 1/2 star International Hotel with
restaurants and coffee shops.
This
project was started in 2000 by our associate company Seascape Developments. In
2002 we entered into a contract with Stockland Trust to develop the site.
Planning and design is well under way with earth works expected to start late
2005.
