Harrie Huxtable built and operated the
largest Squash & Gymnasium Complex in Australia at that time. The complex
comprised 15 squash courts (1 Championship glass back court), Gymnasium, Sauna,
Spa and many other associated activities within the complex.
To ensure the success of the business, extensive skills
were required to operate, manage and market the complex. Overtime the business
was very successful by any standards, attracting traffic of over 400,000 people
per year and employing 50 full time and part time staff.

Purchased the 600-acre property to develop an
International standard Golf Residential & Recreational Resort.
