Dorset Golf

Build and construct an 18-hole golf course on an
original tip site.
A Driving Range and Clubhouse/kiosk facilities were
also funded and constructed.
Traffic reached over 100.000 rounds of golf in the
second year of operation. It provided the local community with a valuable
sporting asset, which still operates today.
Spring Park
Golf Course - Dingley
Converted a 7-hole golf course that was in a
dilapidated condition, owned by Melbourne Water, into a well-presented 9-hole
golf course. The usage rate went from 20,000 rounds to 60,000 per annum.
Yarrambat
Park Golf Course Yarrambat
Developed in conjunction
with the Diamond Valley Shire Council, a Championship length Golf Course
and funded and built a Clubhouse and kiosk facility.
This course soon generated 90.000 rounds of golf per
annum.
