Valley Golf Course Malvern
Re development of this golf course was required due to
the construction of the South Eastern Freeway. This took place under Harrie’s
supervision to provide the area with a greatly improved facility for the
community to use.
A substantial new Clubhouse was constructed which
provided quality facilities to accommodate many and varied functions and
therefore providing added lucrative income streams for the council.

Consultant to the initial feasibility of the potential
of the building of a daily fee golf course and residential development. The site
was a "stream zone" site controlled by the Dandenong Valley Authority.
This project incorporated the responsibility of the
financial modelling and design for the proposed development.
The building of the development has now been completed
and has proved to be one of the most successful and profitable Golf developments
of its type in Australia.
